Products
HearWithUs products are personal sound amplifiers — consumer electronic devices, not medical hearing aids, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, correct or restore hearing or any hearing condition. Please see our Disclaimer.
Pricing and orders
Prices are shown in your checkout currency and are subject to change. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including for mispricing, unavailability or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.
Returns and shipping
Governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an as-is basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Chargebacks
If there is a problem with an order or a charge you do not recognise, please contact hearwithus.co@outlook.com first — we resolve most issues within 1–2 business days. Where a chargeback is raised without first allowing us to resolve the issue, or is otherwise invalid, we will contest it with the card network using order records, delivery tracking and communications.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
