Our 30-Day Money-Back Promise
If you are not satisfied, you may return your HearWithUs amplifiers within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, under the terms below. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
How to return
Email hearwithus.co@outlook.com with your order number to start a return and receive the return address. Please contact us before returning anything. Pack all units, the charging case, cable and ear-domes securely and send them back within 30 days using a tracked service.
Conditions
- You may return the amplifiers even if you have tried them — that is the point of a try-at-home guarantee. We simply ask that all parts are included and the items are not damaged beyond normal trial use.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described — in which case we cover it, and this does not affect your statutory rights.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the return, typically within 5–10 business days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hearwithus.co@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights (for example the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Statutory cancellation
UK and EU customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, in addition to our 30-day promise.
